WILLEMSTAD — The discontented personnel of government service Public Affairs (Kranshi) resumed their work this morning after a consultation of all parties involved. Head of Department Harold Daal, with whom some employees are not happy to say the least, choose to go on holidays for two weeks. During his absence, an independent committee will conduct an investigation into the complaints about Daal.
